The self-propelled cantilever loader PSK-1 on a wheel-rail track is intended for continuous reception of the beaten rock mass from the loading machine and loading it into the composition of trolleys located under the conveyor console when driving horizontal mine workings.

The loader is operated in conjunction with the loading machine of the mine PPN-1 or other rock loading machines in horizontal mine workings with a cross section of at least 6 m2, with a bulk density of rock no more than 3 t / m3, the size of the pieces no more than 300 mm.

The main nodes of the loader are: a cart that serves for movement in the face, a conveyor for reloading the rock mass, a control panel for the chassis and conveyor, and a Jack for adjusting the position of the conveyor in the vertical plane.

The loader is driven by two pneumatic motors.
