LOADING MACHINE PPN1 IS SIMPLE IN DESIGN, EASY TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN, RELIABLE IN OPERATION.

The loading machine mine PPN1 is intended for loading of the blasted rock mass of any strength and abrasiveness in trolleys, on the conveyor or other vehicles when driving horizontal mine workings on the developed underground mineral deposits and construction of underground structures.

The machine can load rock mass with the size of pieces up to 300 mm in workings with a height of at least 2.3 m from the rail head. Loading is performed from the rail track on which the car is moving.

The main components are: the chassis, the turning platform, the lifting gear, the working body, the body with the control panel installed on it, the turning mechanism and the irrigation system.

The machine is driven by two pneumatic motors.

TO REDUCE OPERATOR FATIGUE, THE MACHINE IS EQUIPPED WITH A NOISE SUPPRESSOR AND ANTI-VIBRATION FOOTREST.

The ppn3a mine loading machine is designed for loading blasted rock mass of any strength and abrasiveness into trolleys, on a conveyor or other vehicles when driving horizontal mine workings in underground mineral deposits under development and construction of underground structures.

The machine loads rock mass with the size of pieces up to 600 mm in workings with a height of at least 2.85 m from the rail head. Loading is performed from the rail track on which the car is moving.

The machine consists of the following main components — the movement mechanism, the turning platform, the lifting mechanism, the working body, the control panel, the rotation mechanism and the irrigation system.

Loading machine PPN3A periodic action with the lower capture of rock mass, direct loading, with a wheel-rail movement mechanism, cable stabilization of the working body and pneumatic drive.

The machine is quite simple in design, easy to manage and maintain, productive and reliable in operation.

LOADER BUCKET MINE PCSM

LOADER BUCKET MINE PCSM IS DESIGNED FOR MECHANIZATION OF LOADING OF THE ROCK MASS WHEN CONDUCTING AND CLEANING OF DRAINAGE GROOVES AND TRENCHES LOCATED ALONG THE RAIL TRACKS, MINING AND LOADING OF MINE CARS FROM SPILLING

The loader is available on a wheel-rail track for 600, 750 and 900 mm gauge and is equipped with an arrow, at the end of which a handle with a bucket is installed. The boom is hinged on a rotating platform and can move vertically, and the handle has the ability to unfold relative to the boom in the vertical and horizontal planes.

The loader is equipped with two buckets: for sinking grooves and a loading bucket. The loader drive is pneumatic.

The loader can be used in horizontal mine workings with a width of at least 2500 mm, equipped with a pneumatic line with a conditional passage of at least 50 mm and at an air pressure of 0.5+0.1 MPa. The radius of rounding of the rail track is not less than 15 m.

The loader is equipped with Autonomous lighting (headlight-generator with pneumatic drive), modern hydraulic equipment is installed, and the load-bearing parts are reinforced.
